Wednesday Double...

Towcester 16:00 – Sole Agent
2m 3f, Class 4 Novices’ Chase – Good to Soft

Sole Agent, represents the best form in what looks a great opportunity for him to notch another season win. Taking on the inconsistent Sasso who only ever seems to do his winning on firm ground, Gary Moore’s gelding would have won last time if he hadn’t run into the classy Cleymor House and looks booked to get compensation today.
PU 5/2

Never going a yard, this was a run to forget for Sole Agent. Never travelling or jumping Jamie Moore was up against it as the market principals failed to land a blow in poor race. Making a mistake at the 8th, the gelding was pulled up before completing the trip.

Bath 16:40 – Digital
5f, Class 5 Handicap – Good, Good to Soft

You can’t buy experience… Well you can actually and the price at present is around 3/1! Digital is not getting any younger, however the consistent 11 year old will show the new dogs old tricks and a clean pair of hoofs in this afternoon’s 5f dash. Running for the in-form Mick Channon, and the more than able Tom O’Brien (claiming 7lb) Digital looks the one to be on and this is definitely the time to catch him.
WON 9/2

2 1/2l's is a huge winning margin in a 5f dash, but such was the authority of Digitals performance he belied his market position and claimed another victory in an illustrious career. Bustled along by Tom O'Brien, he soon asserted himself to draw clear of the field and land a touch at an impressive 9/2.
