Tuesday Double...

Musselburgh 15:40 - Kasumi
1m, Class 4 Fillies' Handicap - Good to Firm, Good in Places

Justifiably so, Kasumi carries top weight in the 15:40 and sets the standard in a race where she should take all the beating. The chestnut mare will be a strip fitter for her last outing when she was a close up second to the mighty impressive Baharah. Dropping down in class and with Travis Block taking off a handy 3lb's she is taken to get the better of the Kieran Ryan trained Cha Cha Cha.
WON 1/2F

Well you wouldn't have got rich backing the selection at sp but she got the job done, just by a neck! Always towards the front and up with the pace Kasumi was ridden along about 3f from the finish and you sensed alarm bells were ringing, however stamina kicked in in the final furlong and we just got there!

Beverley 15:50 - Princess Cocoa
1m, Class 3 Handicap - Good to Firm

Richard Fahey saddles the progressive Princess Cocoa, who looks to exploit a low weight in ideal conditions and take the class 3 event at Beverley. More famed for her exploits on the all-weather, this tough mare never runs a bad race and will handle the ground on a track that she has previously won on. Yes One, is the main rival to beat, however the colt is stepping up in class and is not yet proven at a mile.
3RD 11/4

You have to say that the winner was mighterly impressive. The official margin was 6l! We were up there after the first furlong and that was that, staying on at the one pace to get 3rd.
