Leicester 14:20 - Borero

With the stable still seemingly firing on all cylinders we give the selection a huge chance this afternoon to build on a gutsy win last time out. Newbury 14:05 - Ballydub

Newbury 15:45 - Captain Americo

Not seen since finishing a decent 3rd behind I'msingingtheblues over a year ago, Andrew Turnell's yard couldn't be in better form and market confidence behind this talented 6 year old would be a good pointer to a very strong comeback run. Thrown back into a class 3 for his seasonal reappearance this gelding has the potential to be high class. (Early Price 7/1)

Warwick 13:20 - Royal Kicks
2m 4f, Class 4 Handicap Chase - Soft, Good to Soft in Places

We go for Suzy Smith's 7 year old here who does does have a penalty to carry for his victory last week at Kempton, but the manner in which he won that race suggests to The Analyst that he can go in again today. Having shown promise at Plumpton the time before when he fell whilst still going well, there was no such mistake at the Sunbury track where he took command of the field and jumped well. Lets hope he does so again today! (Early Price 5/2)

Hexham 14:10 - Twelve Paces
3m, Class 3 Handicap Hurdle - Heavy

Another last time out winner who won impressively at Kelso on soft going and who has proven form at longer distances. Two decent seconds in his last two outings has promoted Parlesotho to the head of the handicap in today's' opening novices' handicap hurdle at Leicester. However with the more than capable Gerard Tumelty taking off handy 3lb's, Alan Kings tough mare should easily get off the mark today and land the 1st leg of the double. (Early Price 3/1)

Fontwell 13:10 - Earth Dream
2m 4f, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good

You could argue that Earth Dream is a winner without a penalty judged on his first start over obstacles at Kempton almost 3 weeks ago. Unseating Ruby at the last and with Alan King's horse idling in front it may have been six of one, half a dozen of the other. Apart from the blip at the last it was an encouraging start and with a bit more cover in the field today (ran green last time) we should see the young up and coming apprentice, Harry Skelton come up with the goods today. Chepstow 13:30 - Hivikos
2m, Class 5 Maiden Hurdle - Good to Soft, Soft in Places

Chepstow 14:40 - Sullumo

The trainer couldn't have got off to a better start this season, banging in the winners left right and centre! Having shown decent form in novice company last season this bay gelding looks to be progressing nicely. The form looks solid enough with Super Nick whom he beat 6 lengths two runs back coming out and winning recently. The only slight concern is the amount of weight the selection has to carry today but we'll ignore that and Sullomo can land the spoils.(Early Price 10/3)

Carlisle 14:40 - Astarador
2m, Class 3 Novices' Chase - Soft

A winner just under 2 weeks ago over C&D and under similar ground conditions, Astarador is tipped to go in again. A smooth performance from pillar to post showed that the bay gelding has taken well to the larger obstacles and although carrying a penalty this afternoon it should not be enough to stop him. He kept good company in bumpers and over hurdles and with race fitness on his side and the stable on fire at present should account for a couple of interesting newcomers to the chasing game.

Carlisle 15:45 - Super Road Train

Previously tipped up by The Analyst the selection put up a gallant performance again over C&D last time out. Fancied last time to stay on better than his other rivals, Sue Smith's runner got going all too late and couldn't close the gap. With a run under his belt, conditions look ideal for Super Road Train to steam into the winner's enclosure today.

Tuesday E/W Double...

Exeter 15:40 - Spare Cash E/W
3m, Class 3 Beginners' Chase - Good to Soft, Soft in Places

Spare Cash took his time to come to himself over hurdles last year, however trainer Alan King always thought whatever he did over the smaller obstacles would just be a stepping stone to further success over fences. Suited by the step upto 3 miles and a galloping track with cut in the ground, today's conditions look ideal. Gone To Lunch (connections are not totally sure about the ground so he may not even go to post) and The Tother One are of course the main dangers however at the prices and sure to be fit we side with Spare Cash to provide us with a little of what his name suggests. (Early Price 7/1)
UP

Exeter 16:40 - Palmers Peak E/W
2m 3f, Class 4 Handicap Chase - Good to Soft, Soft in Places

Decent form in the book and a reasonable handicap mark make Palmers Peak a fantastic looking E/W bet in a weak looking contest. Lot's of his rivals have several question marks over their ability and although they may come from more fashionable yards, this is not a race that will take much winning. A winner last time out at Kelso, Warren Marston's mount lowered the colours of the well thought of Flight Leader who strictly on hurdles form should won pulling a cart. That could prove a valuable scalp and with the Handicapper sure to keep an eye on him, this just might be the time to get on!! (Early Price 12/1)

Gary Moore has an exceptional record with these types and with Philip Hide booked Apache Dawn looks an outstanding bet in today's opener. 3rd last time out on the flat at Kempton Gary Moore's charge will be as fit as a butchers dog and a repeat of debut run over hurdles will see him take all the beating this afternoon. Plumpton 16:20 - Knightsbridgelives
2m 5f, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good t0 Firm

Thrown in the deep end in a Cheltenham bumper last time Knightsbridgelives makes his hurdling debut this afternoon for the "red hot" Alan King yard. Well thought of at home and certainly not rushed to make his bow over timber nothing will have been left to chance with regards to his jumping. Robert Thornton is riding out of his skin at the moment (21% strike rate in the last 14 days) and he can do the steering and get the better of novice chase winner Soulard. (Early Price 5/2)

Ludlow 15:10 - Herecomestanley
2m 5f, Class 4 Handicap Hurdle - Good to Firm

Herecomestanley represents the best form in the race and that is why he finds himself top of the handicap and headlining today's double. Looking all over the winner at Uttoxeter last time out before coming to grief at the last, if Charlie Poste managers to keep the partnership intact throughout he will take all the beating this afternoon. (Early Price 3/1)
3RD

Ludlow 16:50 - King Ali
2m 4f, Class 4 Beginners' Chase - Good to Firm

King Ali represents decent chasing form in a field where not to many can be given any sort of a chance over the larger obstacles. Callisto Moon represents the best level of form over hurdles however is not one to rely too heavily as he often finds one or two too good. AP is the man of the moment and is riding as good as he has done over any stage of his career. He has jumped ship from the McManus runner Money Point, yet we hold firm and back the champ to land today's double. (Early Price 9/4)

Uttoxeter 15:05 - Diamond Harry
2m, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good to Soft, Good in Places

This bay gelding could be a decent recruit to the hurdling game this season having won his first two starts in bumpers at Newbury. The last run back at the end of march was very eye catching with the front two pulling some 8 lengths and 22 lengths in front of the third and fourth placed runners. Money has come for the horse this morning so all will be revealed this afternoon.

Huntingdon 16:00 - Elaala

Elaala opened up nicely to win a Class 3 event at Southwell last time and looks the one to beat today. Young Coleman takes of a handy 3lb and gets on well with this tough filly. Moon Star is a consistent sort who may prove best of the rest with Hibiki not fancied on today's faster ground. (Early Price 7/2)

Huntingdon 16:30 - Lyes Green
3m, Class 3 Novices' Chase - Good to Firm

Lyes Green was head and shoulders above these over hurdles and although he hasn't won since March 2006 a close up 3rd in the Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton is just one example of kind of performance that he is capable of. Taking on some experienced Novices' (can there be such a thing) in his chasing bow today Lyes Green represents that RED HOT Oliver Sherwood and can get off the mark at the first time of asking at the expenses over the tried and tested Commemoration Day. Kempton 15:10 - Lake Windermere

Lake Windermere is an interesting recruit to the all-weather game as John Gosden sends his filly south to Kempton and she looks to have a fantastic chance of completing back to back victories this afternoon. An impressive 2 1/4l's winner at Newmarket last time she can take advantage of today's drop in grade and get the week off to a flyer!! (Early Price 7/2)
2ND

Kempton 15:40 - Poyle Meg
6f, Class 4 Fillies' Maiden Stakes - Standard

We take on the "skinny, odds-on" favourite Damaniyat Girl, with a tough experienced filly that deserves to get off the mark after 4 previously competitive runs. A close up 7th in a Class 2 event last time out means that Poyle Meg sets the standard this afternoon and can get the better of Willie Haggas's chestnut filly who although 2nd last time out was well held and will need to improve again. Cadoudalas is an interesting recruit to the chasing game and looks tailormade to succeed over the larger obstacles. 2m 1f, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good to Soft, Soft in Places

A two horse race according to the betting, Quaddick Lake has been subject to plenty of early morning support however The Analyst is ignoring that money and taking on David Johnson's charge who looks never to have recovered from a first time out fall at Cheltenham this time last year. No doubt endless amounts of schooling would have been completed at home, but the same can be said for Copper Bleu, whom without the scar's (making his debut over hurdles today) can improve his trainers excellent record in this race. Running the famous Persian Punch colours for owner Mrs J C Smith, David Elsworth looks to have another superstar on his hands. Only beaten 2l's by the outstanding filly of 2008, Rainbow View today's drop back to a stiff 7f on decent ground looks ideal. Get on early and snap up the 7/2 available. (Early Price 7/2)

Rileyskeepingthefaith is the confident selection as Mick Channon's colt looks ideally suited by today's conditions and can exploit the fact that Instalment looks far from straight forward as he maybe be seen in better light over softer ground and a longer trip. With BET365 offering the straight forecast why not enhance your odds by backing 2 to beat 1(Won)! (Early Price 10/11f)
WON 10/11F

Dubai Crest, maybe best of the rest under the inform Jim Crowley who is having his best flat season ever in 2008. (Early Price 5/2)

Tuesday Double...

Sedgefield 14:30 - Bergonzi
2m 1f, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good to Firm, Good in Places on the Hurdle Course

Howard Johnson saddled a similar type, Indian Groom to win first time out at Market Rasen on Saturday and can follow up today with the exciting Bergonzi. Even better on the flat than the formerly mentioned gelding, Bergonzi was successful in a Class 4 staying event for John Gosden as-well as being placed in competitive events (Class 3) at both Sandown and Chester. This 4 year old will have done plenty of schooling at home and is taken to get the better of the frustrating Royal Rationale (1st) and the exposed Yachvili (2nd). (Early Price 5/1)
UP

Sedgefield 16:00 - Wise Owl
2m 4f, Class 4 Beginners' Chase - Good to Firm, Good in Places on the Hurdle Course

Pipe and Scudamore combine on what looks to be an outstanding chance in today's 16:00 at Sedgefield. 4th last time out in what was his first time over the larger obstacles, Wise Owl would only have to reproduce that level of performance to be very hard to beat this afternoon. Only beaten 4 lengths the 1st and 3rd in that race have gone on to frank the form and 5/2 looks a massive price for this progressive looking type. (Early Price 5/2)

Chester 15:50 - My Aunt Fanny
1m 2f, Class 2 Handicap - Good to Firm, Good in Places

Andrew Balding can build on yesterdays impressive winner at Ascot, Amanjena and notch his 61st success of the current season with My Aunt Fanny, this afternoon. The tough little filly will relish a return to today's C&D, (2 from 2 at what is said to be the oldest racecourse in Britain) and with the underfoot conditions sure to suit she will take all the beating. Sir Michael Stoute's Decameron may give her most to do but that colt has plenty to prove after being well beaten in this grade last time. With My Aunt Fanny attracting significant early money this morning, grab the 4/1 on offer for Liam Keniry's mount and then join The Analyst at around 15:55 this afternoon to go collect! (Early Price 4/1)

Soft Morning looks well treated on the best of her English form and having run some decent efforts in defeat at Goodwood and York recently this looks easier and over a trip that looks sure to suit. (Early Price 4/1)

Perth 14:20 - Noble Alan
2m, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good to Soft, Good in Places

High levels of National hunt flat form were transferred into two decent efforts over the sticks, culminating in an impressive victory at Newcastle last time out. Noble Alan, has bags of potential, and the 5 year old is tipped by his experienced trainer, Nicky Richards to have a successful season. With ground and trip ideal, Noble Alan is taken to get the better of the debutant Frontier Dancer who from the Twiston-Davies yard must be respected. (Early Price 7/2)
WON 6/1

Fontwell 15:10 - Ingratitude
2m 2f, Class 4 Beginners' Chase - Good to Firm, Good in Places

This looks to be a penalty kick for the Nicky Henderson trained Ingratitude if he translates his decent hurdle form over the larger obstacles today. AP McCoy gets the leg up and looks to have a great chance of adding to his impressive 36% strike rate in the past 14 days. In the same race JE Snowdon makes his training bow and hopes to lower the colours of his former boss however the Analyst reckons that he will have to wait for another day as Lester Leaps In, is likely to trail our selection home in 2ND. Wednesday Double...

Perth 15:00 - Freddie The Third
2m, Class 4 Novices' Handicap Chase - Good to Soft, Good in Places

We journey upto Perth this afternoon in quest of today's double and put our first selection in the more than capable hands of Nigel Twiston-Davies. Britain's most northern track is a happy hunting ground for the Cheltenham based trainer and he saddles no fewer than four favourites in today's seven race card. Freddie The Third makes his chasing bow after some encouraging efforts over the smaller obstacles last year. Bread to by a chasing type nothing would have been left to chance with regards to his jumping and he is taken to get the better of the frustrating Carthy's Cross and score at the first time of asking. (Early Price 2/1)

Perth 16:10 - Cebonne

Cebonne is a chaser in form and that is more than can be said for the rest of the field and the improving gelding is taken to notch the hat-trick today and land the Double. Progressive enough over staying trips, Paul Maloney (2 out of 2) has built up a strong relationship with the 7 year old and they can make fitness count over their less than inspiring rivals. Tuesday Double...

With a string of frustrating 2nd's on the flat The Analyst turns his attention to the jumps and two interesting bookings for the Champ, AP McCoy.

Sedgefield 15:10 - Supreme Being
2m 4f, Class 5 Selling Hurdle - Good to Firm

A winner last time on this gelding's first run in this country, Supreme Being is taken to follow that success with victory at Sedgefield this afternoon. Sedgefield 15:40 - Sharevar
2m 1f, Class 4 Maiden Hurdle - Good to Firm

Another Irish raider and what looks to be another well treated type set to make it's British racing bow this afternoon. A winner over the flat in Ireland his first two attempts over sticks have seen him thrown in the deep end against some talented opposition. This looks a lot easier and with that experience under his belt and with conditions sure to suit The Analyst is backing McCoy to land a double of his own today!! (Early Price 2/1)

Monday Double...

Kempton 15:00 - Say No Now
7f, Class 4 Maiden Fillies' Stakes - Standard

Having raced for the first time over course and distance, this well bred filly should know a lot more about what is required to win this time around. Having travelled beautifully into the race she just didn't pick up when required and was held by about 1/2 a lenth close home. She looks to have Sir Michael Stoute's horse to beat. (Early Price 5/2)
2ND

Kempton 17:30 - Inventor
1m 4f, Class 3 Handicap - Standard

We'll take a chance with this bay colt owned by Highclere Thoroughbred Racing. It looks a tricky little finale but there was a lot to like about the way our lad finished last time out, again over course and distance. Providing there is a strong pace then The Analyst feels he has a great chance with the likelyhood of a step up in distance in the future. (Early Price 5/1)

Sunday E/W Double...

Hamilton 16:10 - Cake E/W
6f, Class 2 Conditions Stakes - Soft, Heavy in Places

Marlborough to Hamilton, Hamiton to Marlborough. A near 800 mile round trip that will all be worth while when Richard Hannon has his Cake and eats it, in the 16:10 today. The un-lucky sprinter has been knocking on the door of victory this year and deserves to get his head in-front. Down in class and up in trip looks ideal and I am taking Hayley Turner to steer us to victory this afternoon. (Early Price 5/1)
2ND

Plumpton 15:30 - Winley Hill E/W
2m, Class 3 Handicap Hurdle - Good to Firm

As the flat horses slug it out in bottomless ground in the north the jumpers and treated to comparative rattling fast ground down south at Plumpton and that will be right up the street of Winley Hill, who looks a great bet to score today off a feather light weight. Felix De Giles gets on well with this tough 6 year old mare who with a repeat of her last performance at Newton Abbott will tale all the beating this afternoon. (Early Price 8/1)

Newbury 14:35 - Sayif
6f, Class 1 (Group 2) Mill Reef Stakes - Good, Good to soft in Places

Peter Chapple-Hyam saddles Sayif in an attempt to take today's valuable Group 2 at Newbury. Un-lucky not to have black type against is name already this year, 6 furlongs in this ground looks ideal and the Bay Colt is taken to finish fast and snatch victory from the consistent Lord Shanakill (Won 10/1). (Early Price 5/1)

Ayr 16:40 - Bushman
1m 2f, Class 1 Listed Stakes - Heavy

A fit and ready to go Bushman looks tailor-made for today's trip and conditions with proven ability to handle the cut in the ground at the Scottish track. Bread to stay and with rock solid form behind Many Volumes last time she is a potentially high class filly with bags of talent. Perks takes on the Analyst selection again after lowering the colours of With Interest last time, but with another hike in the weights and trading at 11/10 the gelding is worth taking on. Friday Double...

Ayr 15:30 - Coleorton Choice
6f, Class 3 Handicap - Heavy

Day one of the Ayr Gold cup and after a frustrating week it's time to hit back and land a double today! A stamina sapping course especially in today's bottomless conditions, mean that even the sprint trip of 6 furlongs will take some getting. The Analyst has whittled down a small field of 5 into 2 possible contenders siding with Coleorton Choice and Suzie Quw to fight out a thrilling finish. Although weighted to confirm the placings of there last meeting at Haydock Suzie Quw looks a fragile sort suited by the cut and thrust of a sprint over the minimum trip. 6f is much more up Coleorton Choice's street and in today's conditions he is taken to out battle and out stay Kyle Burke's charge. (Early Price 3/1)
WON 11/4

Ayr 16:05 - Anglezarke
5f, Class 1 Listed Stakes - Heavy

The evergreen Tim Easterby and Davy Allan team up with Anglezarke whom looks the stand out bet in the Class 1 sprint at Ayr today. A model of consistency this year, the improving filly has climbed the ranks this summer and looks destined to finish the year with a class 1 success under her belt. Kyle Burke's Magic Cat, looks the most interesting out of the others although would have to step up markedly to take 1st prize from the worthy 6/4 favourite. (Early Price 6/4F)

Thursday Double...

Pontefract 16:00 - Mango Music
6f, Class 2 Fillies Handicap - Good to Soft, Good in Places

Mango can be music to our ears and get us off to flyer this afternoon. Trained by the "RED HOT" Micky Quinn, this tough filly looks to have a cracking chance in the today's Class 3 at Pontefract. The Ex-Newcastle centre forward now a Newmarket based trainer saddles Mango Music looking to add to his impressive 37.5% strike rate in the last 14 days. He has sent out 3 winners from his last 8 runners with Franny Norton (Today's Jockey) being on board twice. Mango Music chased home stable mate Agnus Newz at Leicester just 9 days ago, with latter already coming out again to win a Class 1 at Chester. With today's step up to 6f sure to suit, she is the flying filly from a flying yard that they all have to catch. (Early Price 11/4)

Yarmouth 16:10 - Kossack
1m 6f, Class 2 Handicap - Good, Good to Firm in Places

It seems to me the further this horse goes the better it gets. Last seen crushing a field of 14 over 1m 4f, Luca Cumani's 3 year old was showing no signs of stopping and leniently treated he can make it back to back victories this afternoon. Tom Queally is a positive jockey booking and this looks a stand out bet in a decent looking heat. (Early Price 9/4)

Listowel 16:10 - Oscar India E/W
3m, Kerry National Handicap Chase - Yielding

Oscar India is a horse we've been looking to back for a long time and with bullish noises coming out of the De Bromhead camp, this looks the perfect opportunity. This 9 year old gelding goes well fresh and will relish the underfoot conditions. With Mister Top Notch holding his ground the weights are somewhat spreadeagled, however our boy looks nicely treated and with a clear round should take all the beating today. (Early Price 14/1)
UP

Yarmouth 16:30 - Samira Gold E/W
1m 2f, Class 1 Fillies' listed stakes - Good

Winner of this race last year, Samira Gold's "C&D" beams out across a in-different form card and points straight to Luca Camani's tough filly being the answer to today's 16:30 at Yarmouth. For the most part she has struggled this year when upped in trip however today's return to 10f and in ground that is sure to suit, The Analyst is looking for an improved performance from our selection. With question marks over a lot of her rivals, if the real Samira Gold turns up today, surely she will be too good for the rest! (Early Price 5/1)

Tuesday Double...

Haydock 14:30 - Boho Chick
5f, Class 5 Maiden Stakes - Heavy, Soft in Places

All 8 maidens stand their ground despite the heavy conditions that will be more than testing for these lightly raced 2 year old's. Ruth Beckett saddles the bay filly Boho Chick who was unlucky in what seemed to be a hot looking heat at Warwick. 4 winners have come out of that race, that was certainly run at a decent lick. Sure to come on for the experience and bread to be suited by the ground, the early 9/2 looks too good to miss. (Early Price 9/2)
2ND

Yarmouth 16:10 - Francesca d'Gorgio
6f, Class 3 Conditions Stakes - Good

Interesting runner in an interesting looking heat. Sir Robert Ogden's colours which are generally more famous for their exploits over the jumps grace us with their presence in the 16:10 at Yarmouth this afternoon. Francesca d'Gorgio is an interesting filly that forgiven her Guineas Flop, looks favourably treated to get back in the winners circle today. Previously an impressive winner of a class 4 event at Newmarket, the return to today's trip could be key and at a decent price she looks to continue Jeremy Noseda's recent good form. (Early Price 7/2)

Sandown 14:55 - Tadalavil
5f, Class 4 Handicap - Soft, Heavy in Places

Horses for courses today as The Analyst is backing C&D winner Tadalavil to provide a welcome boost on the road to recovery for trainer Mick Channon. Suited by being able to get a toe in, this grey gelding looks off a favourable mark and has what it takes to lead home a talented although rather reduced field. (Early Price 13/8)
2ND

Doncaster 16:20 - Drill Sergeant
1m 2f, Class 2 Handicap - Soft, Good to Soft in Places

Mark Johnston's talented 3 year old Drill Sergeant, looks a horse in form and definitely the one to be on today. This mud loving colt will relish the conditions and looks the class animal in the race. Up 6lb's for his impressive victory at Beverley last time, he is a typical Johnston charge that can carry weight and will battle to the line. 9/2 looks a huge price with many of his rivals having plenty to prove. (Early Price 9/2)
