Wednesday Double...

Fontwell 15:00 - Massini Sunset
2m 4f, Class 5 Handicap Chase - Soft, Good to Soft in Places

This looks a poor race and i'll be dissapointed if the selection doesn't pick up here! He has course and distance form to his name and appears to get on very well with his amateur jockey, Mr C Huxley. Don't pay too much attention to his last run as he was just badly hampered when appearing to get into the race. Dropped in grade today I urge you to get on!
UP 15/8f

Our selection missed the break and got left behind at the start. Always held up to try and get back in the race, Massini Sunset stayed on a one paced 5th and never got into the mixer on what was clearly not a going day.

Catterick 15:20 - Cheer Us On
2m, Class 4 Maiden Chase - Good to Firm, Good in Places

Not too long to wait for the second half of the double today so here goes. Second last time out on Boxing Day, that wasn't a bad effort behind Sculastic from the Howard Jonhnson yard. The favourite Media Man looks frustrating and potentially exposed so with a nice round of jumping our selection could go very close to opening his account over fences.
UR 4/1

Held up and going nicely enough, Cheer Us On came to grief at the 3rd obstacle after a bad blunder and unseated young Mr Greenall. One to keep an eye on for a quick reapearance.
