Tuesday Double...

Leicester 15:20 - So Brash
2m 4f, Class 5 Novices' Handicap Chase - Good to Soft

This consistent sort has been knocking on the door recently and today could be the day that the door opens! With winning distance form to it's name and dropping down in class this surely represents a great opening for So Brash to stick a 1 by it's name.
FELL 3/1f

Mid division and going nicley, So Brash made a right gash of the 6th fence and took a tumbling fall out of the contest. In a muddling race full of incident, Minella Lodge went on to win by 3 1/2l's.

Catterick 16:10 - Autograph
3m 1f, Class 4 Begginers' Chase - Good to Soft

Sue Smith's mare is making her chasing debut today and if she can translate any of her hurdling from over to the larger obstacles, she must surely be difficult to beat, in what looks a weak contest.

Abandoned: High winds

Tuesday's meeting at Catterick was abandoned in the interests of safety due to high winds.Steward Phil Tuck said: "Some of the girls in the first race were concerned about the high wind” Well. that's what you get for eating bubble & squeak before racing.
