Thursday Double...

Ludlow 14:20 - Hibiki
2m, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good to Soft, Good in Places

The exciting Hibiki, looks to build on a nice win over course and distance last time and provide Richard Johnson with his 93rd winner of the current campaign. Still nicely weighted this bay Colt out of Montjeu should take all the beating and get todays double off to a flyer.
WON 10/11f

Well backed before the off, Hibiki landed the odds despite a late rally from the Nicky Henderson trained Prince De Beury. The tough Hibiki looks like it will appreciate further in time yet the 4 year old will continue to pick up valuable prizes at this trip in a positive first year over timber.

Taunton 15:30 - Super Nic
3m, Class 4 Novices' Hurdle - Good, Good to Soft in Places

Super Nic returns after a 49 day absence with Venetia Williams charges still running as well as ever. An Impressive winner at Hereford last time, Super Nic teams up with Sam Thomas today and should score easily over an ideal trip.
2nd 8/13f

Leading the field a merry dance for most of the extended 3m, Super Nic just found one too good, in the ultimately very well handicaped Lamanver Homerun. Paul Nicholls Novice ran on to win by 30l's and looks one to follow.
