Friday Double...

Warwick 15:45 - Amber Brook
3m 1f, Class 3 Novices' Hurdle - Good, Good to Firm in Places

Amber Brook was an un-lucky loser last time out when a staying on 2nd to the David Pipe trained Very Cool. That was over 3m and todays extra furlong is sure to help. Receiving weight all round, Nigel Twiston-Davies 7 year old is taken to get the better of Ian Williams newcomer from the flat, Bulwark.
WON 11/10f

A comfortable victory for Amber Brook who travelled well throughout the 3m 1f contest. Ridden out the back by Paddy Brennan, our selection looked the winner from along way out. Keep an eye out for this tough mare who is sure to run a big race in a staying hurdle race at the Cheltenham festival.

Warwick 16:20 - Arnold Layne
3m 5f, Class 3 Handicap Chase - Good, Good to Firm in Places

Arnold Layne was a faller last time out when in the process of running a big race over course and distance. A crashing fall on heavy ground (Said to have un-suited afterwards) was bad news for the The Champion Jockey and Tony McCoy is left with a race to be fit for Cheltenham. The Analyst understands what he is going through, laid up with Man Flu himself, he will go straight to the festival without a run.

WON 11/8f

This was very much compensation gained for Caroline Baileys tough grey. An out and out stayer, Arnold Layne was foot perfect at his obstacles and ground out an impressive win to score by 3 1/2l.

WON 4.6/1 Double
